Marina Elderton is an award winning composer for film, TV and theatre, based in London. Her practice combines experimental textures with traditional instruments.
She has composed soundtracks for BBC Films, BFI Films, Film4 and Vice, as well as Royal Television Society award winning documentaries, animations and shorts. Her commercial work includes brands such as Vodafone, Lynx, Cadburys, and Tesco.
Graduating from The National Film and Television School with a MA in Composing for Film and Television, she received two scholarships from the Musicians' Union and The Wingate Foundation, and a grant from The Sidney Perry Foundation.
Her artist project "UV" is supported by the PRS Women Make Music Foundation and she previously co-founded ethereal-psych duo KULL, electronic project White Russia (BBC Introducing), and the woman sound artist collective Erinyes.
