Marina Elderton is an award winning composer for film, TV and theatre, based in London. Her practice combines experimental textures with traditional instruments.

A scholar from The National Film and Television School, she has composed original soundtracks for Poly Styrene: I AM A CLICHE (Sky Arts), Sudden Death: My Sister's Silent Killer (BBC3), Such Small Hands (Film4), and forthcoming feature ZERO (BBC Films/ BFI Films).


Further projects include Royal Television Society Award winning documentaries, and internationally acclaimed animations and shorts. She has also composed commercially for the likes of Vodafone, Rimmel, Cadburys, and Tesco. 


Her artist project "UV" is supported by the PRS Women Make Music Foundation. She previously co-founded ethereal-psych duo KULL, electronic project White Russia (BBC Introducing), and the woman sound artist collective Erinyes. She is currently a member of the Alliance for Women Film Composers.
